How we work
We start with a conversation. Anything more, such as a look at feasibility or a way of working together, follows only if it makes sense for both sides.
- Discovery. You tell us who you are and what you are exploring. A question or an introduction is enough.
- Conversation. We talk it through by phone or email, listen first and ask only what helps.
- Feasibility. If there is a concrete need, we look together at what is realistic in your case. This depends on the work, the place, the timing and the rules that apply.
- Cooperation. If both sides see a sensible way forward, we agree how to work together. Nothing is assumed or promised before that.
Whether or not you have an order
The first step does not depend on a defined requirement.
What we do not do
- We do not guarantee outcomes, the availability of people or timelines, before or after a conversation.
- We do not provide legal or immigration advice.
- We do not operate a candidate database or jobseeker portal on this website.
