Skilled Workers Poland talks with two kinds of business: employers, and recruitment and staffing businesses. You can get in touch whether or not you have a defined requirement.

Direct employers

Businesses that employ people themselves and have workforce questions, plans or needs that involve Poland. You might be thinking about a particular season or project, or only starting to look at what is possible. Either is a fine reason to talk.

Recruitment & staffing businesses

Agencies and staffing firms exploring cooperation, information exchange or connections involving Poland. If you place or supply people for your own clients, you are welcome to introduce your business and explore whether a connection makes sense for both sides. What that might look like is something to discuss, not something promised here.

Where a conversation can start

A current question. Something is already happening and you would like to talk it through.
A planned requirement. You are looking ahead and want an early conversation.
Exploring, without an order. You have nothing defined yet. An introduction is enough.

What to expect

We start by listening. Where there is a concrete need, we look with you at what is realistic in your situation. Feasibility depends on the kind of work, the place, the timing, and the rules that apply to the people involved. See how we work.
